Message From the President & CEO

Hello everyone,

Excitement is building and you don’t have to be an art connoisseur to appreciate what Greater Miami and Miami Beach will serve up as our destination prepares to host Miami Art Week 2023.

With more than 20 international art fairs showcasing the creativity of thousands of artists ─ not to mention concerts, art installations, parties, street art, culinary extravaganzas and so much more to be featured throughout our neighborhoods, it’s easy to recognize why this is such a special time of year as the art world focuses on our community. And for our hoteliers, bookings are particularly robust over this time period.

This annual celebration of all things artistic is prestigiously led by Art Basel Miami Beach, an international art show that has fittingly called the Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) home for 21 years. I know the MBCC team led by Freddie Peterson and the combined energies of the staff and officials of Miami Beach are laser-focused on optimizing the visitor experience. This goes the same for all of our industry partners who will cater to arts and culture lovers...
