Message From the President & CEO  
   
As we now turn the corner and focus on the remaining five months of the year, we continue to monitor key hotel performance indicators (a critical barometer of our visitor industry’s overall status).

As illustrated in the charts below, Hotel Demand (rooms sold) remains at or slightly above the high-water mark of 2019.  That said, we’re no longer pacing significantly ahead. It appears, as one can see in the second chart, that we have leveled off a bit.

Convention Sales is in Denver through July 23 for the National Association of Counties Annual Conference, where Greater Miami and Miami Beach will be announced as site of the June 2023 National Organization of Black County Officials (NOBCO) Annual Economic Development Conference.
