Record PortMiami Passengers For
January-September 2019 |

| During January-September 2019, cruise passengers through PortMiami increased by +19.4 percent compared to the previous year. Growth is due in part to the addition of new ships offering year-round service & the extensive cruise options offered by PortMiami. New ships sailing from PortMiami include Carnival Horizon, Carnival Magic, Norwegian Bliss, Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas and Symphony of the Seas. |

| On November 17 GMCVB President & CEO William D. Talbert III, CDME will join thousands of NASCAR fans at the upcoming Monster Energy Cup Series Ford EcoBoost 400 Championship at Homestead Miami Speedway. Last year, the sold-out crowd on hand for the Ford EcoBoost 400 saw Joey Logano win the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Championship defeating Martin Truex Jr. who won the 2017 championship and came in 2nd place for 2018. |

| Celebrate and salute our nation’s veterans at the free Miami Beach Veteran’s Day Parade on Monday, November 11 at 11:11 a.m. Miami’s own Sam Moore will be the Grand Marshall for the parade. The parade with marching bands, veterans and more will run along Ocean Drive from 5th to 13th Streets. At noon, catch the all Veterans Parachute Team followed by the Wreath Laying Ceremony and picnic at Lummus Park (1130 Ocean Drive.) |
